So what is PRIMARY Food?
These are food that OFF the plate, nurturing your body, mind and soul. A fulfilling career, meaningful relationships, regular physical activities and a spiritual practice bring a lot more meaning into your life. Your life feeds you, making what you eat secondary.
One of the exercises that I find extremely helpful for myself and my clients is called The Circle Of Life. The wheel represents different areas of Primary Food that bring joy into your life. It helps you to identify imbalanced areas in your life so you can determine where to spend more time and energy to create balance.
